Test Kitchen Bag

With our new oven, we aim to test not only our recipes but also to explore its capacity and determine what we can realistically bake within a given time frame. This will enable us to schedule items more effectively for when we open.

We are committed to being conscious of the waste we generate and opting for more sustainable alternatives whenever possible. While we take great pride in our creations, it’s simply not practical or economical to eat everything we produce! 

Each reusable bag will contain an assortment of breads, pastries, other test kitchen items and a recipe card. Because the bag assortment is subject to what is being made day of, there are no substitutions! 

Each bag will have a minimum of 6 pieces not including recipe card.
