Our long-fermented focaccia is loaded up with crispy smokehouse bacon, pickled jalapeños for a tangy heat that sneaks up on you, and cheddar cheese because of course. Tear it apart, build a sandwich, pair it with loaded potato soup or buffalo chicken dip, and go ahead and plan on ordering a second one.
